As a senior creative you will help lead our passionate, multi-talented studio guiding more junior members/freelancers to deliver and encourage award-winning integrated concepts to exceed client briefs and expectations.

A senior designer is an important contact point in our agency, so they can expect to be craft led, strategically aware, platform neutral designers with a desire to transform companies by creating beautiful, intuitive, and human products and experiences.

Primary Responsibilities:

Concept and execute (mainly digital) work consistent with the agreed-upon strategy.

Keep abreast of current trends and understand how it relates to historical design and photography influences.

Design in a variety of styles and maintain consistently high standards of work that will enhance the agency-client relationship.

Develop and guide design ideas based on input from client, agency team, and personal research.

Under the direction of the Creative Director, monitor all materials through all stages of pre-production and production.

Complete all assigned work on time and regularly report the status of projects to the Creative Director.

Participate in and contribute to the new business activities of the agency, as assigned.

Establish and maintain consistently high graphic standards and proactively learn new techniques and trends in graphic arts (and disseminate such information to others on the Design and Creative teams).

Proven design talent and a strong design and photography portfolio.

3-5 years of relevant work experience (agency environment preferred).

Bachelor’s degree required.
